Business Hours

We are normally open Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 pm (Pacific Standard Time). We close for all major holy days, including Holy Week (from Holy Wednesday at noon) and Great Feasts of the Church. 

We encourage all Orthodox Christians to respect these holy days, and to refrain from work if at all possible. For more information consider the wise words of Elder Paisios the Athonite concerning feasts and holidays.

Shipping and Handling Costs

We use real-time U.S. Postal Service (USPS) rates that are based on shipping weight and the destination.

We do not keep your credit card data on file.

Delivery

Product Guarantee

All products purchased are fully guaranteed with regard to materials and workmanship. Any problem will be repaired or replaced without charge at any time, by simply contacting us for return authorization.

Returns

No returns will be accepted unless there is a return authorization approved in advance of receiving the returns, and the problem is a material or workmanship imperfection from our production outside of the original artwork which is shown clearly in our catalogue or on our web site. There are absolutely no returns on our XX-Large and Iconostasis sizes. On rare occasions when we do approve a return that is not due to damage or defective workmanship, the customer must pay the return shipping, and a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.

Discount Groups

We offer two discount levels:

• Church Bookstores: 40% off our icons, 40% off Uncut Mountain Press books, 20% off most other items. A Church Bookstore is defined as one which is clearly established as such: books and icons are kept in stock and on display for sale in a dedicated location, and the store has its own bank account.

• Retail Stores: same as for Church Bookstores except 50% off icons. A Retail Store differs from a Church Bookstore in that it has a separate physical location, regular business hours, a business phone, etc. We offer a deeper discount to offset the additional operating costs of a true retail store.

Note: These discount groups are required to order books in minimum quantities of three. Discount groups are also given a "Limited Discount" (i.e. one-half the normal group discount rate) on our XX-Large, Iconostassis and Pocket Sized icons. Discount group members may not use other promotional discounts such as "% off" coupons.
