Shipping and Handling Costs

We use real-time U.S. Postal Service (USPS) rates that are based on shipping weight and the destination. 

Credit Cards

We do not keep your credit card data on file.

Delivery

Please remember that we are a small family-run business, not Amazon.com. We do not keep a huge inventory of products on hand ready to ship off as soon as orders come in each day. Your icons (as well as hundreds of others each week) are made to order and hand-crafted right here at our workshop in northern Michigan. Therefore, please allow approximately 7-10 business days for your order to ship. Because we do not keep an inventory, sometimes it may take a day or two longer depending on materials or the amount of orders in our print line up. However, we will do everything possible to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Should you need your order more quickly, please either advise us when ordering (you can place "need by date" in comment section when checking out) or, send us an email and we will be happy to accommodate as best we can. We will get back to you with any rush handling or express shipping charges necessary to get your order to you on time.
 
For our larger format icon sizes (XXL and Iconostasis) please allow an additional 5 business days. 

Product Guarantee

All products purchased are fully guaranteed with regard to materials and workmanship. Any problem will be repaired or replaced without charge at any time, by simply contacting us for return authorization.

Returns

No returns will be accepted unless there is a return authorization approved in advance of receiving the returns, and the problem is a material or workmanship imperfection from our production outside of the original artwork which is shown clearly in our catalogue or on our web site.

There are absolutely no returns on any of the following: Custom Icons, Laminated Prints or our XX-Large or Iconostasis sizes. Nor are there returns on our Medium or Large sized Educational Posters or Prayer Plaques. On rare occasions when we do approve a return that is not due to damage or defective workmanship, the customer must pay the return shipping, and a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
