Founded in 2005, Uncut Mountain Supply is owned and operated by Saint John the Damascene Orthodox Christian Brotherhood. With our headquarters in The Dalles, Oregon we are well-located only an hour east of Portland and an hour west of the St. John the Forerunner Orthodox Monastery in Goldendale, Washington. Our local parish church, The Dormition of the Theotokos Mission, is under the Omophorion of His Grace, Bishop Longin, and the Serbian Archdiocese of North America. We aspire to offer:
- Carefully selected icons which reflect the rich culture and faith of Eastern Orthodoxy at reasonable prices.
- Orthodox publications which expound the sacred traditions of our Faith.
- Finely crafted devotional items specially chosen for their authenticity and high quality.
Uncut Mountain Supply takes its name from the All-Holy Theotokos (Birth-giver of God) and Virgin Mary, the Uncut Mountain of Daniel and Habakkuk, from which the Stone was cut without hands (Dan. 2:34-35).
