I loved this icon the first time I saw it and was delighted Uncut Mountain carried it. I purchased 2, one for a friend and one for me. The meaning is one I'll cherish because I have had several miscarriages. I loved the beauty and it looks like Christ is also surrounded by sunflowers. Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness Day is October15 -- I plan to purchase more for friends and family who have experienced the same great loss. Thank you Uncut Mountain!

I wanted this icon because of a special relationship I have with a Holy Innocent Saint whom we miscarried 35 years ago. It is very transcending to gaze on this icon now.

Abortion is the greatest slaughter of modern times. Worst of all, it is legal in most countries, and largely ignored. People should be reminded.
And those who've lost children should find comfort through this icon as well.
