On October 6th 2007, the Miracleworking and Myrrh-streaming Hawaiian Iveron Icon of the Theotokos was found on a bookshelf in Hawaii exuding myrrh. In 2008, the Iveron Icon was officially recognized by the Russian Orthodox Church as miraculous and worthy of veneration. Since that time, this sacred image has visited over 500 Orthodox churches and monasteries in the United States and Canada. It has been a source of numerous miraculous occurrences, including many healings from both physical and spiritual infirmities.

Uncut Mountain Supply is honored to have been blessed as one of the few exclusive distributors with the permission of the holy icon’s guardian, Subdeacon Nectarios from Hawaii.

Note: The icon you will receive is not adorned in gold, silver and jewels as the original, miracle-working and myrrh-streaming icon. We only print and mount a copy of the original icon. We've had some customers who were unhappy that their icon did not arrive with actual jewels on it we want to be very clear. Those are only on the original icon, itself.

This icon was packed with care and arrived quickly. It is beautiful and not distressingly shiny, so one is not troubled with unwanted reflections on the surface of the icon. The woodwork was very clean also.
