I love this icon because of the contrast in colors. The white of the Lord's and the angels' robes are so bright and seem symbolic of the hope we have. We first saw it in the Orthodox Study Bible and have wanted to get it ever since. It is well laminated and the paint on the wood is subtle and complements the icon. Uncut Mountain also made a special effort to get this to us by a certain date with no extra charge, which we greatly appreciated.
I like this icon because it shows both Adam and Eve being released from death. The quality is quite good for the price. Very happy with my purchase, which will be a gift.
