INCLUSION of two or three more saints

Posted by Archpriest Michael J. Oleksa on 5th May 2022

EXCELLENT syntaxes. But missing St. Seraphim ( Samoloivich) of Uglich and St. Vasily (Martycz) of Poland who served in Alaska (like Ss.John and Alexander, in America) before being martyred in Europe. We also know that St. Juvenile had an Athabaskan Indian guide who was martyred with him at Quingahak, but whose name is known only to God. And, of course, there is still Blessed Matushka Olga of Kwethluk...

    Ss of North America

Bought this as a gift. It's a beautiful icon. I suggest getting larger than a 4x6 if you don't want to use a magnifying glass to read their names. We just typed them, printed it and taped it to the back of the icon so the recipient knew which one was which.

A perfect addition to my icon corner

I have a love for the North American saints, and this icon is a true joy to own. Each saint is depicted well, and the image quality and mounting is fantastic. I ordered the XL size. To date it is my largest icon and possibly my favorite.
